Welcome to AutoNum.Pro ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, including the purchase and use of virtual numbers, you ("you", "your", "user") agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions
1. Service Description AutoNum.Pro provides virtual numbers through third-party API providers, allowing users to receive temporary SMS/OTP messages. We do not own or operate any numbers directly.
2. Account Registration Users must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security
3. Use of Services You agree to use virtual numbers only for lawful purposes and not for fraud, spam, or abuse. We may suspend accounts for violations
4. Third-Party Virtual Number Providers All virtual numbers come from third-party APIs. We are not responsible for message delivery, availability, or platform bans.
5. Prohibited Activities You must not use AutoNum.Pro for fraud, impersonation, illegal use, or violation of any law. We cooperate with law enforcement as needed.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy Refunds are processed only if numbers are unavailable or auto-canceled. No refund for user mistakes.
7. Wallet & Payments Wallets may be recharged using UPI or crypto. We do not store full financial data. Limits and checks may apply.
8. Misuse & Legal Liability We are not responsible for any misuse, fraud, or illegal activity. You are fully liable for your actions.
9. No Guarantees Service is provided "as-is" without guarantee of success, uptime, or platform compatibility.
10. Termination of Service We may terminate or suspend service without notice for violations or maintenance.
11. Intellectual Property All content belongs to AutoNum.Pro or its licensors. Do not reuse without permission.
12. Modifications Terms may change. Continued use implies acceptance.
13. Governing Law Terms & Conditions - AutoNum.Pro These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]
Legal Compliance ? IT Act, 2000 (India) AutoNum.Pro complies with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its applicable rules and amendments, including but not limited to: - Section 43A ? Reasonable Security Practices: We implement and maintain reasonable security practices to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. - Section 72A ? Disclosure of Information: We do not disclose personal information to third parties without user consent unless required by law or court order. - Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ? As an intermediary, AutoNum.Pro hosts third-party virtual number services and acts as a technical facilitator. We are not the originator or creator of content/messages received via these numbers. We cooperate with authorized law enforcement agencies and will provide requested information as per due legal process under Indian cyber laws. Users are solely responsible for any illegal activities committed through the platform, and misuse will be subject to suspension and legal reporting under Indian IT law.
